The Gavi DOCG wine. Black Label is a wine produced in the Gavi area, in the La Scolca winery. It is located in the heart of the Val di Lemme and for more than ninety years the Cortese grape, typical of this area, has been cultivated. Gavi is an elegant and complex wine. It is produced according to traditional methods, using grapes from vines over 6 years of age. During the manufacturing process, the vinification takes place in cold white. A part instead on the skins, then bottled in contact with the yeasts.
