The Grappa Di Brunello Riserva Oro Dei Carati is produced by the Nannoni distillery, in Tuscany. The distillation process takes place in low-grade discontinuous column steam boilers. The artisan method is used during the entire manufacturing process, the head and tail cutting performed manually by the Master Distiller. The grappa ages in oak barrels for 5 years. He obtained the GOLD MEDAL at the ANAG Acqueviti d’oro 2011 competition, at the World Spirits Award 2012.
