Domenis Storica Bianca is a clay grappa with fresh pomace. It is produced by the Piero Domenis distillery in Friuli. During the manufacturing process, the pomace is ensiled for a few months. In this phase they are covered in order to preserve them from the air. Subsequently the distillation takes place in a discontinuous plant with eight copper stills, using steam.
