The Domenis Storica Riserva is a grappa produced by the historic distillery of Piero Domeis. The distillation process takes place in a discontinuous plant with eight copper stills. The direct steam at low temperatures is used to extract the volatile components from the marc without damaging them. This grappa ages 18 months in antique oak barrels, which releases an amber color. The refinement instead takes place in stainless steel tanks.
