Blanc de Blancs Millesime is a distinctive champagne that encapsulates the freshness and vibrant minerality of Chardonnay over time. The grapes that are used to assemble this Blanc by Blancs Millesime are 100% Chardonnay, 40% Avize, 35% Chouilly, 15% Cramant and 10% Oger. The maturation takes place on the lees over a period of 6 years. Fine and lively bubbles, which create an ephemeral ring.

Colore: Giallo limone brillante con sfumature argento e giallo pallido argento.
Profumo: Al naso ricorda confetti di liquirizia, aromi minerali, gesso umido, iodio che si intrecciano con gli aromi di frutta secca, mandorle sbiancate, scorza di limone e uva fresca. Una volta aperto, salgono gli aromi delicati di acacia e fresia, uniti alle note di infusione di verbena che vengono rinforzate dalla mela Granny Smith e dalla pera matura.
Gusto: Al palato è morbido e fresco con una cremosa effervescenza cremosa e morbida. Sviluppa un succulento peso fruttato, sottolineato da un’acidità lieve soffusa di limone, si hanno sentori di mineralità gessosa che impartisce salinità e lunghezza.
