Very intense and elegant champagne. This prestigious brand, the Alpha Rosè shows a deep softness and a very intense length, against a voluptuous background. Alpha Rosè is composed of the following grape qualities: 52% Chardonnay from Vertuse et d’Avize, 48% Pinot noir from Chigny-les-Roses, Mailly and Ay including 16% red wine. The maturation takes place in 7 years on the lees. It has extremely fine bubbles with a creamy effervescence.
