The harvest for the Prestige Edition 43 Magnum began on August 13th and ended in September. The wine is made up of 3 types of grapes: Chardonnay, Pinot Nero and Pinot Grigio. The grapes are carefully selected and hand-picked. They are classified and cooled below. The vinification takes place with the Ca ‘del Bosco method. Each bunch is checked and selected through a complex system of washing and hydromassage of the bunches. The pressing is done in the absence of oxygen and the fermentation of the wines takes place at a controlled temperature in steel tanks. The refinement takes place in 7 months to allow the wine to become clear, mature and show its character in the best possible way. Once this process is completed, the wines are assembled in the “magic rite” of creating the cuvèe. The Cuvèe Prestige edition 43 ages on the lees for another two years, so as to express all its richness and identity. The elimination of sediment in the neck of the bottle takes place in the absence of oxygen. Each bottle produced and packaged is uniquely marked, thus guaranteeing its traceability. The perlage is fine, abundant and persistent.
