Amaro Venti was born from the union of 20 botamics, each processed according to ancient Italian liqueur methods. Composed of several ingredients. Oranges, myrtle, lemons, juniper, gentian, olive, yarrow, basil and taraceto. Each coming from different Italian regions. The herbs are chopped and cold macerated in a hydroalcoholic solution. After a month it is filtered and sugar and water are added until the desired alcohol content is obtained. Once bottled, the amaro is left to rest.
