Pinot Noir was born in Cornaianoc (Appiano), on porphyry-based soils, it is an aristocratic wine, a king among wines. The harvest began on September 14th and the fermentation of the grapes took place at a controlled temperature of max. 28 ° C. The alcoholic fermentation takes place with maceration on the skins for a period of 15 days. The malolactic fermentation and the following maturation takes place in 60 hl oak barrels for about 6 months.

Description
Colore: può variare da un rosso porpora a un rosso rubino con leggeri riflessi rossi color mattone.
Profumo: Vino davvero singolare, in giovane età si percepiscono al naso profumi di lampone, prugne, ciliegie, fragola, lamponi e leggeri sentori di sottobosco, maturando acquisisce piacevoli sfumature di spezie orientali, tartufo e cioccolato.
Gusto: Al palato risulta essere secco, piacevolmente tannico, armonico e vellutato.
