Grappa Di Brunello is produced by the Nannoni distillery. This distillate is made with fresh Sangiovese marc. It is aged for a period of 5 years in wooden barrels. This variant of Brunello was born with the intention of creating a grappa that goes with a good Tuscan cigar. The aging process takes place in 5oo-liter wooden barrels for 5 years. Various roasts and careful periodic checks are carried out.
