The Amaro Amara comes from the selection of the best Sicilian Red Orange PGI peels, grown in the orange groves located in the Contrada San Martino, on the slopes of Etna. Once harvested, the oranges are peeled and the peels infused with alcohol and wild herbs. Finally, pure water is added from the source of Etna to create this bitter with Sicilian tastes and aromas.
