Amaro Rupes is produced using the cold method, which involves the infusion of an alcoholic solution in large steel vats for a minimum period of 20 days, with quality medicinal herbs. Subsequently, the alcohol content is decreased to 28% thanks to the addition of water and sugar. Maceration allows you to extract the properties of the herbs, thus giving the Amaro freshness, persistence, taste, character and pleasantness on the palate. Furthermore, with the maceration the bitter active ingredients are extracted which favor intestinal functions and digestion, as evidenced by some scientific studies.
