A great cuvée that has the ambition to express the memory of the land of
Franciacorta and its perpetual renewal. A point of connection between memory
and vision, past and future. Of course, only the best selections can
become part of this exclusive assemblage: the best soils and the best
exposures, the best grapes and the best fractions of the harvest.
The fruits of the older vines are fermented in small oak barrels
white, while the long élevage on the lees involves the use of a cork stopper.
The color of the wine is deep and bright yellow, the foam is rich and creamy, the
perlage of endless persistence. The perfumes are large and kaleidoscopic, capable
of continuous transformations ranging from ripe yellow fruit to
millefiori honey, from pastry to candied citrus fruits, up to crossing hints
smoked and laurel. Impressive consistency on the palate, thick and creamy,
generous and rich, very long in the sip and in the aromas. In this context,
decisive is the role of acidity that supports and drags, giving freshness
and future.
