Produced for the first time in 1980, it is the company’s icon wine. Born from the desire to create a white wine capable of comparing itself with all other international white wines, it is a wine produced only from Vermentino grapes. The name has ancient origins, it comes from the Latin “caput era”, it was the capital. The grapes are harvested in September, fermentation takes place for 4 weeks at a controlled temperature of 16/18 ° C in steel tanks.

Colore: Giallo paglierino con riflessi dorati
Profumo: Composizione di profumi ampi, all’apertura si riconoscono gli effluvi di rosmarino, glicine, fiori di campo, lavanda, timo, pietra focaia e frutta a polpa gialla.
Gusto: Vivo, pieno ed avvolgente, secco, con polpa fruttata ed aromatica. Il finale è persistente , ricco in sapidità minerale, regala un elegante pienezza.
