Ferrari Brut Blanc de Blancs is the first wine produced by Giulio Ferrari, in the Trentino area. its first production dates back to 1991. It is made from Chardonnay grapes, these are hand-picked in the mid-September harvest. A 30-month maturation process on selected yeasts follows. It is a wine characterized by great personality, fragrance and elegance.
