The production takes place through vinification with soft pressing and cleaning of the must with flotation of the sediments with nitrogen, followed by fermentation at a controlled temperature of 14°C. Aging in steel with periodic resuspension of the fine lees.
The color is light yellow with slight greenish reflections.
The perfume has a large and intense aromatic bouquet with hints of ripe pear and elderflower.
The taste has notes of almond and citrus which are supported by a sweet freshness and delicate sapidity.
