Gin Hendrick’s is produced in Scotland by Girvan Distillery. Two ancient stills are used during the manufacturing process. After the distillation which lasts 12 hours, the botanicals and spices are macerated in the spirit for 24 hours. Another part steamed and then infused. The ingredients used to prepare this gin are yarrow, coriander, juniper, chamomile, cumin seeds, berries, elderflower and orange and lemon zest. Finally, angelica and iris root. The rose petals and cucumbers are added before the final bottling of the product. This Gin is thus characterized by a strong personality and an intense and refreshing taste.
