Gin O De V Black is a dry gin of vinous origin. It is obtained from a distillation of partially fermented wine. This gin is characterized by having Mediterranean tones. It is round, soft, complex and explosive in taste. The distillation process takes place in a small boiler alembic and direct steam discontinuous alembic still.

Description

Colore: Cristallino e brillante.

Profumo: Note fruttate e floreali. Prevale vaniglia ed uva di moscato passita. Sentori tipicamente mediterranee di bergamotto, cedro e rosmarino. Cardamomo, karkadé e camomilla.

Palato: Al palato risulta morbido e vellutato. Delicato nella presenza di alcol e notevolmente persistente.
