Gin Roku is made by Suntory in Japan. It is an artisanal gin with oriental tastes and flavors. Inside there are six Japanese botanicals: cherry blossoms, cherry leaves, two types of green tea, yuzu and Japanese pepper. And eight traditional. This makes the gin unique and well balanced in flavors. The harvesting process follows the full maturation of the botanicals, which are harvested in full season. The distillation, on the other hand, takes place at different times depending on the type of botany being worked on at the time.
