This blend of Premier and Grand cru is imbued with freshness and lightness. It sublimates a great vintage of Champagne, which also represents the bicentenary year of the Maison Henriot 1808-2008. Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes are harvested only when they were healthy and ripe. Aging takes place on the yeasts for a period of 8 years. It has very fine bubbles that testify to long aging, a resolutely low dosage gives it a very harmonious balance.

Profumo: Il boquet è dominato da agrumi di frutta gialla, pesca di vigna, con una discreta percezione floreale. Affiorano sottili note di miele e limone
Gusto: Fresco e leggero, si percepisce il pompelmo, l’albicocca, il cedro, gli agrumi freschi sopra le note di gelatina di frutta, grandissima mineralità. Finale lungo, setoso e rinfrescante.
