Symbol of precision and balance, Brut Souverain brings with it the expression of the great Champagne terroirs. It owes its uniqueness to the grapes that make it up, has an extremely high part of Chardonnay around 50%, as well as a perfect balance with Pinot Noir and Meunier (45% and 5%). Over 25 Crus, derived from the best terroirs of Champagne (Cotè des Blancs and Montagna di Reims), and the composition of the Brut Souverain also includes the precious reserve wines of the Maison (30%). It ages on the lees for a period of 4 years, in the quiet and freshness of the cellars of Reims under the watchful eyes of the Chef de Cave, Laurent Fresenet. All the blends of Brut Souverain contain a small part of Cuve 38. It has a nice perlage that creates a procession of fine and regular bubbles.
