Cuvèe Hemera was born from the encounter between a singular vintage and an assembly of six emblematic Grand crus. It is produced exclusively in exceptional vintages and from the selection of the best Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes, located in the villages of the Maison Henriot in France. Champagne represents the perfect balance between freshness and aromatic breadth, thus giving harmony and brightness to the whole. The raw materials used give a strong and tonic taste. The aging of this champagne takes place for a minimum of 12 years on the lees.

Description
Colore: Giallo scuro con riflessi dorati
Profumo: Al naso è fresco e minerale, sono presenti note fruttate di albicocca, agrumi cotti e gelatina di frutta. Percepibili anche note di miele d’acacia e di torrefazione.
Gusto: Struttura vellutata. Si percepiscono note fruttate di agrumi canditi, sottili note di miele e tostato. Il dosaggio relativamente basso del Cuvèe ne preserva la bellezza naturale della materia
