Capo Martino is made only of indigenous grapes of Dolegna del Collio. Its name derives from the hill that the Jermann family acquired in 1991 (also the year of its first production) and renewed first in 1996 and 2003. The vinification takes place with the traditional method already used by the founder of the Jermann house, Angelo, short and implemented on the skins. The wine is put on the market 2 years after its harvest.

Profumo: Equilibrato, delicata aromaticità, persistenza infinita.
Gusto: Bouquet di aromi fruttati ampio, al palato si riconoscono i gusti di vaniglia, banana, nocciola, mela, ginestra e passiflora.
