The Chardonnay grapes are harvested in the first weeks of September, once harvested, the grapes are vinified in white. The wine is left to age for six months on the lees in steel tanks. Before being put on the market, it refines further in the bottle for a short period.

Profumo: è intenso, se consumato novello ha ricci sentori di frutta tra cui spiccano la banana e la mela golden, vagamente aromatico.
Gusto: Coerente con l’olfatto esalta i gusti particolari che il vitigno.
