The Aromatic Traminer is made entirely from grapes of the Aromatic Traminer vine. The grapes are selected and harvested in September. The processing of the wine takes place on the lees in steel tanks for a period of about 6 months, the vinification is done in white, and before being put on the market it refines a further short period in the bottle. The bottle has a Stelvin model screw cap, in order to keep the fragrance intact and preserve all the characteristics of the wine.
