Kaltern K Rosè – 2022 (Classical)

For the production of Kaltern K Rosè, the harvest takes place between the beginning of September and ends at the end of October. This wine is made from the following grapes: Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Pinot Nero, from which the must is extracted and ferments in steel at low temperature. The Malolactic Fermentation is partially carried out and the aging is long on the fine yeasts.
