The grapes are harvested in early September until the first weeks of October. Pinot Bianco, Chardonnay and Sauvignon are the grapes that make up this wine. Only perfectly healthy and ripe bunches are selected. The grapes are completely pressed and left to settle naturally. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 16 ° C. The maturation lasts about 4 months and is carried out on the fine lees in steel tanks.
