Pinot Blanc was brought to Italy in South Tyrol in 1852 by Archduke John of Austria, and since then it has integrated so well into the region that it has become its chosen territory. The harvest took place between the beginning of September and the first weeks of October, only perfectly ripe and healthy bunches were chosen. The grapes are entirely pressed and decanted in a natural way. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 16-18 ° C and is aged for 3 months on the fine lees in steel tanks.
