Livio Felluga Merlot is a red wine, produced in the area of the Colli Orientali Friulani. The grapes are picked by hand and the best bunches are selected directly in the vineyard. During processing, the grapes are fermented with maceration on the skins. The wine ages for a period of time in steel tanks and partly in French oak barrels for about 1 year. Before being put on the market, it is aged for a few months in the bottle.
