other aromas of Mediterranean scrub, aromatic herbs, laurel, sage and plums
in jam.
Flavour: when tasted, all these smells mix in an embrace of myrtle
very elegant and enveloping that masters the mouth, subjugated by the notes
vegetables, in a very refined sweet-bitter tug of war, which leads towards
a finish that is rightly dry and full of Mediterranean returns.
