The Rhum Agricole Elevé Sous Bois Martinique HSE is a distillate of great value and tradition, which fully embodies the style of the famous Rum Agricole of the island of Martinique. The sugar cane of the island is considered the best in the world for the production of Rum thanks also to the combination with the perfect warm climate of Martinique; all this blends in a perfect union with the use of the ancient processes of distillation and processing of sugar cane, used by the HSE distillery for hundreds of years. The perfect extraction of sugar cane juice and its fermentation and distillation, according to their processes and standards, make Rhum Agricole Elevé Sous Bois an exceptional product of tireless softness. At the end of the production processes, Rum Ambrè ages between 12 and 18 months in French oak barrels before being marketed.
