Rum Don Papa Gayuma – meaning “love potion” – is a super premium rum that pays homage to the unique rituals performed by the shamans of Mount Kanlaon and Isla del Fuego (“the island of fire”). It is aged in ex-bourbon American oak casks for three years, before going through a double cask finish: 6 months in high-toast ex-Rioja casks followed by 3 months in rich, warm, smoky toasted oak casks, which previously contained Scotch whiskey from the legendary island of Islay.

Color: Dark amber
Nose: peaty
Mouth: soft and delicate vanilla, light orange peel, intense cocoa and hints of cloves and mint.
