The rum Santa Lucia of the Maison Du Rum is a distillate produced in an extremely limited edition in collaboration with the St. Lucia Distillery, founded in 1972. After the raw materials are chosen, the distillation process takes place in a coffey column still. Subsequently the aging lasts about 8 years in American oak barrels of first filling. This rum is produced in a very limited edition of only 5486 bottles.

Colore: Ambra scuro.
Profumo: Al naso sentori agrumati.
Gusto: Al palato è morbido. Presenti spezie dolci, vaniglia essiccata e marmellata d’arancia. Il finale è lungo con sentori alla liquirizia.
