Sira produced by Feudo Macari is an intense red wine. The Feud extends over several hectares, on volcanic soils. The wine is produced in the Noto valley, in eastern Sicily. During its production, the maceration of the grapes takes place for a period of 12 days. This is followed by maturation in French oak barrels and finally, in the bottle for months.
