Trebbiano d’Abruzzo is a white wine produced in the Valentini winery. Here, completely natural wines are produced, without the use of chemicals and selected yeasts. The Trebbiano vines are more than 1000 years old like those of Montepulciano. During the manufacturing process, spontaneous fermentation takes place in large oak barrels without temperature control and filtration. The refinement lasts 12 months in oak barrels.
