Controlled Designation of Origin The Friulano “Ronco delle Cime” grapes come from a vine facing northwest at an altitude of 200m from the sea. The grapes are harvested strictly by hand and then de-stemmed in September. After being harvested and de-stemmed, the grapes are macerated for 18/24 hours at a controlled temperature of 11 ° -12 ° in special containers, protected from oxygen with innovative systems to reduce the intake of antioxidants. The must ferments for 6 months on the lees in large wooden barrels and steel containers. The wine is blended and bottled at the full moons between March and June.
