Controlled Designation of Origin The Sauvignon “Ronco delle Mele” is a true symbol of the Venica winery. The name of this wine originates from the vineyard of the same name of origin, where in addition to the vines, apple trees are also planted. Sauvignon Blanc is one of the best known international grape varieties in the world, but considered a native of the Friulians. The grapes are hand-picked and de-stemmed. Then they are macerated for about 20 hours at a controlled temperature of 11 ° -12 ° in special containers. The must ferments and refines on the lees for 6 months in wooden barrels and another part in steel containers. The wine is bottled at the full moons between March and June.

Description
Colore: Verde oro smagliante.
Profumo: Intenso ed eleganti. Sono presenti sentori al peperone verde, foglia di pomodoro, bosso, cedro. Sfumature di lime e pompelmo, leggere note affumicate e tenue noti minerali di pietra focaia.
Gusto: Foglie di pomodoro, una spinta fresca data dal lime e del pompelmo, offrendo così un gusto sapido, persistente ed intenso, affilato, grasso ma di grande equilibrio.
Il finale è lungo vellutato e morbido
