Sorbo Chianti Classico is a red wine produced in Tuscany in the Fontodi winery. In the area located in the municipality of Panzano in Chianti. Here the vines are grown organically. Made with only Sangiovese and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, hand-picked. The fermentation process takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Aging for 24 months in Allier and Tronçais oak barriques follows, preceding bottling.
