Meisei Akashi is a blended whiskey produced by the White Oak Distillery. A historic distillery located in the city of Akashi. It stands out for the craftsmanship of its products and their limited production. They also use quality raw materials. The proximity to the sea which makes the temperatures mild is ideal for the aging processes in wood. Whiskey is made using wheat and barley malt. After the distillation process it is aged for 5 years in oak barrels.
