Whiskey Coffey Grain is produced by the Nikka Distilllery. It is a Japanese single grain made with a blend of wheat and corn. During the distillation process the Coffey Still is used, Scottish stills specially dedicated to the processing of this type of ingredients. This makes this whiskey unique and special. The refinement takes place in oak barrels for a period of about 10 years.
