Livio Felluga Rosè

The Livio Felluga Rosè represents the character of the “terroir” of Livio Felluga. It is produced in the Friuli Venezia Giulia area. The grape used to create this wine is Pinot Nero and Merlot. It is collected in crates to avoid mashing and is gently de-stemmed. In a second phase, the grapes are pressed softly and the must obtained from this pressing is clarified through decantation. The must is stopped at a controlled temperature in stainless steel containers and a part in terracotta containers.
