Brut Rosè combines elegance and intensity in pure Henriot style. It is obtained by assembling Pinot Noir varnished in red upon assembly, enhancing the best of Pinot Noir from the Reims Mountains (50%) and Pinot meunier (10%), while retaining the fresh minerality of Chardonnay (40%). The Brut Rosè Henriot integrates 35% of the Maison’s precious Reserve wines. The maturation takes place in the fresh cellars of Reims for 3 years. The blends of Brut Rosè contain a small part of Cuve 38. Fine and persistent prelage.
