The grapes used to create this grappa are mostly Refosco del Penducolo Rosso grapes, in the area of Aquileia, in Friuli-Venezia Giulia. The distillation takes place partly in a discontinuous plant and partly in a continuous plant. The refinement takes place in a stainless steel tank for a few months. The result is a grappa with character and excellent structure.
