Baron Poilly Fumè is a French wine produced by Baron de Ladoucette in the Loire Valley. It is one of the most prestigious labels in the French territory. Produced with the best grapes of the Sauvignon vines. These over 30-year-old vines are found on predominantly clayey soils. This gives the wine a good structure and favors aging. During the aging process, the grapes are fermented in steel tanks with temperature control. The wine then ages for 8-10 months in glass tanks before being bottled. In this way it retains its characteristics. It is an ideal wine to accompany dinners and important occasions.
