The Champagne Brut Rèserve by Billecart-Salmon comes from the assembly of the three most important grape varieties of Champagne (Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier) from different vintages and a substantial part of the Reserve Wines of the Billecart-Salmon house. The vinification takes place separately for each grape, in small wooden crates, with the double decantation of the must for a period of about 3 weeks. Fine perlage.
