This blend of Premier and Grand cru is imbued with freshness and lightness. It sublimates a great vintage of Champagne, which also represents the bicentenary year of the Maison Henriot 1808-2008. Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes are harvested only when they were healthy and ripe. Aging takes place on the yeasts for a period of 8 years. It has very fine bubbles that testify to long aging, a resolutely low dosage gives it a very harmonious balance.
