Lintori Capicheira is produced only with 100% Vermentino grapes. Only the youngest vines are chosen, it is the liveliest expression of Capichera wines. The name Lintori means morning dew. The harvest takes place in the period of August at the end of the summer and the beginning of September, the fermentation of the must and the subsequent maturation takes place in steel.
