Domenis Storica Riserva Millesimata is a grappa that ages in French barriques for over 18 months. The amber color is given precisely by the wood of the barrels. The distillation process takes place in a copper plant made up of 8 stills. For the production of this grappa, only carefully selected and fresh pomace is used. Following aging in the barrels, the grappa undergoes an alcoholic variation of 60 °. In this way, an intense bouquet is enhanced.
