Grappa I Tre Re Refosco is produced in the Domenis Distillery, in the Friuli area. Made from the pomace of the local vines, it represents a flagship product. During the manufacturing process, the pomace is first stored and processed separately. The distillation takes place in a discontinuous copper plant with eight stills, with direct steam. Subsequently, the distillate ages to full extent in small barrels. In this way the aromas of the wood are extracted.
