The Tre Re Ribolla Gialla is a grappa made with the fresh pomace of the Ribolla Gialla, vines of the territory: Friuli. The pomace is processed separately. The distillation process takes place with a discontinuous copper plant with eight stills. Then follows the aging after careful tastings. It lasts for a period of 12 months in French oak barrels. The refinement takes place in steel tanks in such a way that the grappa stabilizes.
